Mosquito Hill Wines are situated in the southernmost extension of the Mt Lofty Ranges, at an elevation of about 250 metres and are dry grown.
The Magpies Song vineyard, established in 1996, is about 6 acres and is planted to Chardonnay.
The Hawthorns vineyard, established in 1999, is just over 4 acres and is planted to Pinot Noir.
The wines were made under Peter Leske's supervision at the Nepenthe Winery.
