Big, with excellent lingering heavy fruit flavours. Prunes/plums, licorice, soft charry oak. Typical shiraz spice too. Lots of tannins but no bitterness. Good rich/full body which will develop.

1x Cape D'Estaing Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 (rated 92 Robert Parker)

The palate reflects the nose with distinctive and typical cabernet flavours of cassis and moccha complemented by cinnamon-like spices and vanillin from the oak. The palate is firm but elegant.
