The grapes are grown in the famous McLaren Vale region, known as one of Australia’s most highly regarded wine producing districts. It is renowned for the pre-eminent quality of its red wines and in particular its shiraz wines, which are typically full-bodied, rich and mouth-filling.

Willunga Creek Wines proudly uphold the winemaking traditions of the region, and in just a few short years has garnered an enviable reputation for itself amongst professional wine scribes and amateur wine lovers alike.

In 1994 Willunga Creak Wines turned their first sod and began to establish a vineyard. They now have some 12 hectares planted out to Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and are really beginning to kick some goals and win awards.
