| Cape Jaffa has become the Limestone Coast’s first fully certified biodynamic vineyard in 2008, and in the same year produce the region’s first fully certified wine range under the label La Lune.
With a commitment to both wine and the environment, Cape Jaffa Wines believes in the importance of achieving balance between the art and science of wine making, between the vine and its environment and between work and play.
And that’s not hard – nestled between the breaking waves of the rugged Limestone Coast and the rolling countryside of the South Australia’s South East, nature has provided the perfect setting for producing regionally distinctive wine.
The daily operation of the winery works towards achieving environmental sustainability, with the winemaker looking to the environment to create balance through biodynamic grape growing techniques and natural, organic winemaking practices.
Doing so enables Cape Jaffa to produce wines that showcase the best of the Mount Benson region.
