Each year since 2002 the Glaetzer’s have produced an Unwooded Semillon for Pancake Estate.
Colin Glaetzer considers - "the Pancake Estate Unwooded Semillon is different and more complex than any other Barossa Semillon that I have made in the past 31 years. This is almost certainly due to the location of the vineyard high above the Barossa Valley floor, which together with the cool gully winds sees the Semillon grapes ripen later."
